Provide a school uniform for $50

A note to our financial donors (and prospective donors), please do not let the current political climate negatively affect your contributions. The people we serve in Mexico are not the ones you see on TV protesting. They are loving, hard working and loving the Lord type of people (most of them love the Lord but we also serve non believers). They are struggling in their daily lives and some are struggling with their daily walk with the Lord. And that is just a few of the reasons we need not to give up on the people of Mexico.

And you can be rest assured that Manos de Dios monitors the money we receive and spends it wisely. We make sure the people receiving the blessings are truly in need and if we find a person or organization abusing the blessings they receive, those gifts are immediately stopped. We are told to be good stewards of our money and we take that seriously.

As you can see from looking at our web site Manos de Dios does mission work in a variety of areas. Your donations will enable us to continue to be the hands of God (Manos de Dios) in all that we do. Some financial donations will go directly to tangible items, like food, clothing and building assistance, while other funds will aid us in being able to be with the people we serve and cover the many non-tangible expenses that occur. Fellowshipping and relationship building is a key element in knowing the community and people, learning their needs (not their wants), and guiding them in their walk with our Lord. Listed below are a few of the on going funding projects for you to consider and pray about.

A donation of:

• Donations of any amount help to cover Manos de Dios monthly expenses including: maintaining a travel trailer in Mexico, gas to and from Mexico, cell phone that works in Mexico, plus much more.

• $100 a month will help purchase beans, rice, flour and sugar in bulk to stock church food pantries.

• $10,000 will build a 20X22 foot four room home. Complete with insulation, electrical wiring, concrete floor, drywall (tape-mud and finished), electrical lights and fixtures, two exterior doors with locks, four windows and rolled roof. Constructed by volunteers from the US and Mexico. Please consider donating any amount toward the building of the next home for a needy family.

• $80.00 will purchase a case (24) of Spanish Bibles.

• $50.00 will purchase a students school uniform (pants or skirt, two shirts and a pair of shoes). Students must have and wear their uniform to school approximately four weeks after school starts or they cannot attend.
